ASHLEY

Attached is a photo of the girls, on the right is my wife's Search and Rescue canine Sadie, she didn't come from the shelter unfortunately.
However on the left is Ashley (you knew her as Sugar many years ago).
I found Ashley at the old building many years ago. My mothers beloved German Shorthaired Pointer Heidi had just passed away after 17 yrs. As most of us would be she was heartbroken. She had been widowed for about 2 years and Heidi was her life.
I contacted your office looking for another GSP, but all you had was an shorthair Lab mix. I went down to look her over and she was a wonderful dog.
Mom instantly fell in love with her, and they were happy for over 11 years together. Ashley later became her service canine do to her hearing loss. Mom died in July of last year with Ashley at her side.
My wife and I took her in and she had a wonderful life with us and Sadie.
Ashley passed away last week, and we took her to your wonderful staff to be cremated. I wish this service had been around years ago, it would have give mom great piece of mind.
