DESCRIPTION:COVID-19 – The health and well-being of our staff\, volunteers\, patrons\, the entire community and the animals in our care are our top priority.  Our services will continue as normal as possible for the time being. \nWe request anyone currently ill\, or with known risk factors related to the virus\, please don’t visit our facility.  We encourage you to return when you are well or no longer fall into one of the risk categories such as fever\, cough or respiratory illness. \nOur website is up to date to see who is currently available for adoption.  Take a few minutes to also read about our programs and services and community outreach activities.  You can also call the shelter during business hours for information about animals for adoption.   \nWe have always had a high standard of cleanliness and have added extra measures during this time\, both for your safety and ours.  We have increased cleaning/disinfecting\, not permitting sick staff or volunteers to come to the Shelter\, and following CDC workplace guidelines.  \nWe are taking every precaution we can while balancing our lifesaving work for the animals.  We are choosing social distancing as we monitor the situation\, so if you visit the shelter to adopt\, please use hand sanitizer\, wash your hands\, and respect personal space.  We thank you for your understanding\, and stay well!
