DESCRIPTION:Repeal the pit bull ban in Sioux City! The Sioux City Council has passed the first reading to repeal the pit bull ban. We have two more readings to go to get the ban lifted. The Siouxland Humane Society supports lifting the ban but we need your help in getting it repealed. If you are in favor of lifting the ban on pit bulls please email the Sioux City Council members and tell them to vote to repeal the ban. Click on the link below to send your email…it only takes a minute to send them a few words telling them where you stand. We also need a strong presence at the next two City Council meetings. Please join us at City Hall 5th Floor 405 6th Street at 4:00 Monday\, October 21st and Monday\, October 28th as a show of support. Thank you and let’s get this done!
