Siouxland Big Give

Siouxland Big Give is a time to give to your favorite charities and we hope we are the ONE! This event matches supporter passion with non-profits, like the Siouxland Humane Society! Siouxland Big Give runs midnight to midnight Tuesday, October 9th 2018, but you can pre-give NOW! Starting September 25th you can donate and it won’t be processed until October 9th!

The Siouxland Humane Society is proud to participate. We are the only non-profit open admission full-service shelter in Siouxland dedicated to animal welfare, and we provide dozens of programs and services to help the people and pets in the community. This year we are focused on a Pet Retention Program – helping pet owners keep their beloved pets. The best home for a pet is with someone who already loves them.

We want to provide support and peace of mind to owners experiencing difficulties. Too often, pets are given up due to lack of support or services. Our project will provide resources to help. The goal is a simple one; keep pets with those who already love them, keep them out of shelters and save lives.

We will achieve this through providing a Pet Food & Supply Bank, Veterinary Care and Assistance, Spay/Neuter Assistance, Behavioral Assistance and/or Training & Temporary Housing Programs and Services. We want to keep the people and pets in Siouxland together!
